Metal Leaf Hinges are available for applications for flush-mounted doors with countersunk mounting holes. The range of Die-Cast Zinc Alloy hinges have a maximum rotation of 270 degrees and there are a number of types available. We also offer ranges in Premium, Round and Square Stainless Steel Hinges. The range of Flat Hinges operate with Stainless Steel Pin and come in either Steel with a Black Coated Finish or in Die-Cast Zinc Alloy and Delrin Bearing. The Steel hinges offer a very strong tamperproof hinge on a 270 degree rotational angle and is supplied with M8 x 12mm fasteners. The Zinc hinge is on a 180 degree rotational angle.

Flush Mount Hinges designed for plain/flush mounted doors, and Surface Mount Hinges that are ideal for electric panels and machinery covers. Both options are made from Zinc Alloy and have a Stainless Steel AISI 304 pin. The lift-off hinge feature makes for easy door and panel removal, while the concealed mounting screws prevent external access to the hinge. They have a maximum hinge rotation of 180 degrees. Both available with Chrome Plated and Black Powder Coated finishes.

Our Surface Mount offer includes Zinc Plated Steel and Stainless Steel Lift off Hinge options designed for plain, flush-mounted doors. The hinge rotation is 270 degrees.

Also available are Nylon Lift-Off Latch/Locks made from 30% Glass Filled Polyamide 6 (PA6) that are suitable for an M8 thread. The fastening bolts are not included. Plastic over plugs are provided with your purchase. These plastic hinges feature a universal lock and hinge design. The hinge rotation is 180 degrees, and the door can be completely removed by unlocking the hinge. Hex head driver insert is used to secure hinges (4mm hex head).
