They support the mounting of a PCB to the required surfaces in many different electronic assemblies, helping the PCB become insulated and secure.

PCB Support Pillars - Fir Tree Mount Snap Lock/Fire Tree Mount Snap Lock

These spacers have fir tree fixings on both ends for a secure lock. The blind hole mount is flexible and will lock into round, threaded, punched or drilled blind holes.

Flat Rest PCB Support

These push spacers are designed to support heavily loaded circuit boards. No through hole is required in the board which allows for easy access to the underside of the board. They come in three types: flanged base, cupped base or spring body.

These PCB SUpport pillars are designed to be fixed into a key hole slot. This allows for easy removal if neccessary. They are available in either bayonet nose or two piece snap-in.

PCB Support Pillars - Reverse Locking/Edge Holding

In stock In production

These supports are mounted from the bottom of the chassis leaving little protrusion on the outside. They mount into a .375 x .313 square hole in the chassis to prevent rotation. It locks the PC Board in place with an edge holding arm that is releasable.

Reverse Locking PCB Supports

These reverse mount supports are installed from the underside of the chassis. They have a thin buttonhead for minimal protrusion under the chassis. The top of the support, where the PCB rests comes in four options: Snap-fit, Bayonet, Arrowhead and Flat rest.

Rivet Locking PCB Support Pillars

Designed to mount easily on chassis with plastic SR snap rivet. Allows mounting to a range of panel thicknesses. Button head on rivet for minimal protrusion on chassis underside.

Self Adhesive PCB Supports

Adhesive Base Supports come with a double sided adhesive tape with a release tab for quick installation. They come with three options for PCB mounting: Snap locking, non-locking and flat rest. The adhesive element of the product has a shelf life of approximately 1 Year from date of shipping; when stored in the unopened original packaging, stored at room temperature and away from sunlight.
