Blanking Plugs are used on sheet metal to protect against sharp edges and are ideal for closing panel cavities. It protects against moisture ingress and dust, is acid-resistant and vibration-dampening. It provides a clean finish and a quick solution.

They come in an extensive offering to suit the most common hole diameters and panel thicknesses. Used in electronic applications and the automotive industry. Three materials are available: TPE withstands temperatures up to 203F (95C). TPR withstands temperatures between -40C and 135C | -40F and 275F. PVC withstands temperatures up to 50C | 122F.

Integral Seal Nuts are a type of fastener with an integrated sealing feature, combining the functionality of a nut and a sealing component into a single unit. These nuts provide reliable protection while simplifying the assembly process and eliminating the need for additional sealing components. They prevent the entry of water, dust, or other contaminants providing bi-directional sealing.

This range of Integral Seal Domed nuts incorporates an O-ring which is compressed and squeezed between the nut and mating component. They are suitable for temperatures from -100C to +260C and are reusable.

Self Adhesive Buffers

Our range of self-adhesive buffers, bumpers and stick-on feet come in felt or polyurethane (PU), and in a variety of shapes and colours to suit your purpose.

The PU bumpers are suitable for application temperatures ranging from 18C up to 65.5C. These stick-on feet will not tarnish, scratch or discolour any surface.

The adhesive felt pads come in brown or white. They can be used on the base of feet or inserts for smooth movement over floor surfaces.
