Adhesive / Screw Fixing Cable Clamps come with the added flexibility of being able to be either or both screw and adhesive mounted
Dual cable and pipe clip offers the benefit of routing a 25.0 mm tube or pipe, as well as two smaller 6.0 mm bundles separately.
It is used to fasten cables and pipe on a panel with a barbed bush.
A Dual U Clamp, with a screw mounting design, has a low profile and is ideal for use on densely packed boards or other limited space applications.
The clamp is useful for gathering, securing and routing of two parallel wire bundles. It is secured using a screw or snap rivet (sold separately).
A Dual U Clamp, with a plug in design, has a low profile and is ideal for use on densely packed boards or other limited space applications.
The clamp is useful for gathering, securing and routing of two parallel wire bundles. The clamp is secured using a pre-installed snap rivet.
Hinged Locking Clamp is ideal for holding corrugated or convoluted tubing and other bundles.
An internal rib spans the diameter of the clamp and provides a firm grip. This ribbed design helps accommodate a wide range of panel thickness and can be applied to a variety of materials. A firm grip is further ensured by the large, contoured base, which offers all-round stable mounting.
The top of the clamp features a hinge mechanism that is releasable. This allows tubes, wires and cables to be easily removed or added to the clamp. It also allows for convenient maintenance and bundle re-routing.
These clamps have corrosion, vibration and abrasion resistance.
Cable Clamp with an integrated fir tree mount that can be easily pushed into a mounting hole using a standard 6mm hexagonal socket, which is driven into the mounting head. This feature eliminates the need for a screw or other fasteners.
These self-aligning clamps offer convenient, one-hand installation that is quick and easy. They are also highly economical, as they can be released and reused. An ideal choice for easy, cost-effective wire bundling.
Half U Clamps with fir tree bases are used for securing, fastening and attaching objects due to their exceptional holding strength. It can be inserted into threaded, unthreaded, or drilled holes in metal, wood, or plastic, making it incredibly versatile.
Its low profile makes it the perfect component for densely packed boards or other space-limited applications, such as in corners or along edges. They are easy to install and provide effective vibration dampening. Used in automotive, aerospace, electronic, and HVAC industries.
Screw Mount Half U Cable Clamps are designed to be installed on flat surfaces, and they feature a half-round U shape that securely holds the cable or wire while allowing for easy installation or removal. They are screw mounted.
Its low profile makes it the perfect component for densely packed boards or other space-limited applications, such as in corners or along edges. Used in automotive, aerospace, electronic, and HVAC industries.
These Half U Cable Clamps are low profile and designed to help secure and organize cables, wires, and other components in densely packed boards or other limited space applications. The snap-in clamps are designed to hold cables securely in place while allowing for easy cable insertion and removal.
Ideal for mounting bundles in corners or along edges. They have excellent resistance to breakage, impact, and corrosion. Used in industrial and automotive applications.
One-piece design that is self-mounting. They are quickly installed by hand. Many sizes are available for various bundle diameters and colors/materials
Cable Clamp with a hinged locking top are ideal for secure cable bundle routing and mounting.
How to Install;
Cables are placed in the centre of the clamp. The hinged top is then placed over the cables. The legs of the clamps are then inserted into two panel holes. The top is secured using two screws self-tapping screws. As the screws are engaged, the clamp legs expands and holds the clamp in place. There is no requirement for a nut, which means the bottom side of the board does not need to be accessed.
The hinged top is adjustable and can therefore be easily released, by simply removing the screws. This allows for hassle-free maintenance, removal and re-routing of cable bundles.
These Cable Clamps are used to gather and route cables and wires, keeping them tidy, secure, and conveniently accessible. The robust structure ensures your cables are securely held in place, eliminating tangling, damage, or accidental disconnection. It has a plug-in application for simple installation, and the adjustable clip accommodates a wide range of wire diameters.
It is excellent for high vibration applications since, once closed, the clip will not open until the tab is released. There is still the option to reopen the tab and reutilise the clamp with alternative cable diameters. The snap-on design allows for quick installation and can be used in cabling applications such as data centres and networking facilities, telecommunications networks, or electrical.
Can be opened and closed multiple times for adding or removing cables. Large contoured base that assures stable mounting. Nylon 6/6
Cables slide into wire saddle and are kept in place without the need of a locking mechanism. Round wire saddle means a wide range of cable diameters are suitable. Plug-in application adds to the ease of installation. Flat side can be beneficial when space is limited. Cupped base provides stability and protects the hole from contaminants. Several spacer options to isolate the cables away from board components
These SHR Clips are cable clamps that are designed to operate with Slit Harness Wrap (SHR) sizes 20 and 25. SHR is a corrugated tube wrap for bundling and protecting cables and wires. These clips are intended to securely hold your cables in place, minimising tangling, snagging, and inadvertent disconnections.
It has internal ribs that hold the harness securely in place. Furthermore, it is available in four alternative mounting options: snap lock into a round or square hole (to restrict rotation), screw mount, and adhesive installation. It has an internal rib that holds the wrap in place, and resists wear, tear, and deterioration, ensuring long-term performance. Used in a variety of applications, including automotive and industrial.
Strain Relief Clamps mount in a chassis to secure the main power cable in appliances. The clamp provides strain relief to the cable and protects the cable from the metal cut-out whilst the screw mounting provides a secure fastening
Universal Mounting Strap are a very versatile cable management system which not only bound cable tightly but also can be mounted either by self-adhesive or by a screw or rivet
Webbing Centre Clips are either snap lock or self-adhesive mounted and the two sides of the clip combine to clamp the cable in place. Available in both black and natural
Stand-off Cable Clamps with side entry keep cables held securely in place. The feature a cupped base that adds stability, as well as covering the hole completely.
Cables are inserted through the side of the clamp in applications where space is an issue. Different spacer heights lift cables away from other components.
Wire Harness Cable Clamp, with a screw or stud mount design. The clamp is easily installed by simply pushing it on to an exposed screw or stud.
The neat and tidy design of the clamp means there will be no protrusions under the chassis. This clamp range provides a secure, but simple fastening solution that is an ideal choice for a range of cable management applications.
The clamp is flexible, which allows for quick and easily release of cable bundles from the assembly. This also allows cables to be added to the clamp, at convenience.
