8.1 We remove most of our personal data provided by you as soon as services are ceased, and the personal data will also cycle out of our long-term backups after 12 months later. 8.2 We will continue to store limited personal data about you (including transactions records) for up to 10 years for accounting, record keeping and administrative reasons. If we consider there is a need to store records for longer, for example when matters are subject to a dispute of claim, then we will retain the data for as long as it is required.
